Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented sales representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of the stone industry and a drive to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role involves growing sales within an assigned territory, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and working closely with our design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to customers.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure that sales orders are accurately executed.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to promote our products and services.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, competitors, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, business flow and sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales representative in related industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
